A new, digital way of working together
SAP Ariba is a cloud-based procurement system with a transaction platform called the SAP Business Network. This network is our transaction platform for the exchange of digital business documents with our suppliers (such as purchase orders and invoices). Additionally, our users can place orders in an automated and user-friendly manner through catalogs with this system.
Several benefits
With this new system, we are investing in our relationships with our suppliers. The new cloud-based system will make it easier doing business with NS.
- Purchase orders and invoices are managed in a efficient, digital manner.
- Suppliers can view the payment status of invoices directly using the Ariba Network or can choose to receive an email notification of invoice status.
- Correct and timely payments to suppliers.
